By accessing and using the ExitLag website and software client, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ExitLag.

2. Description of Service

ExitLag provides network routing optimization services utilizing proprietary multipath connection technology. The software is designed to map and utilize the most efficient data routes between the user's computer and remote servers to reduce latency, packet loss, and jitter.

We do not guarantee specific ping reductions as network conditions depend on factors beyond our control, including your ISP, physical distance, and destination server stability.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (including circumventing geo-blocks for illegal activities).
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the ExitLag client.
• You will not share, sell, or rent your account to third parties.

4. Subscription and Payments

ExitLag operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on the billing page.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software code, logos, and trademarks on the ExitLag website and software are the exclusive property of ExitLag and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ExitLag, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ExitLag expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
